Ivy Heights Pet Policy
- Pets Welcome Upon Approval
- Room for Two: Bring up to two pets per household.
- Monthly Pet Rent: $25/month per pet
- Pet Fee: $250 (non-refundable)
- Weight Limit: 85 lbs
- Breed Restrictions: Aggressive breeds including Pit Bull, Cane Corso, Rottweiler, Chow Chow, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario Bulldog, Great Dane, Boxer, Akita, Wolf Hybrid, or any breed mixed with one of those listed here.
