Application Requirements
To expedite your application, you will need the following items if it applies to your household:
- Government-issued ID for anyone 18+.
- Original birth certificate for any child under the age of 18.
- 2 months of current and consecutive paystubs for each adult applicant in addition to the first paystub of the year for the current employer. 2 paystubs if you're paid bi-weekly, 4 paystubs if you're paid weekly.
- Child Support Income Verification Paperwork copy or Family Law History for each child.
- Divorce Decree copy.
- Employment and rental contact information: telephone and fax numbers for Human Resources and current as well as previous landlord(s).
- Self-employed: most recent tax return with Schedule C or Profit and Loss Statement from a CPA.
Application Important Details
- Ensure every question is answered in your application.- Upload clear photos of documents in PDF form to your application.
- You are NOT ABLE TO EDIT YOUR APPLICATION after a signature is completed, so be thorough.
- Each adult on the application must create an account with a different email address to complete the required signatures.
- The application process will be delayed if we do not have all of the required documents.
- Once your application is approved and you are offered an apartment, you must complete your deposit payment within 48 hours. Electronic payment options will be available once an apartment is assigned and the lease has been finalized. Failure to submit payment within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the unit, which will then be offered to the next approved applicant.
- We do not accept Money Orders. Payments must be submitted online via RentCafe.
Utility Information
Monthly rent covers essential utilities at Ivy Heights Apartments. Water, sewer, trash, and pest control are included for our Affordable Housing apartments.
Electric is not included. Electric Company: Blue Bonnet Electric Cooperative.
Utilities are not included in monthly rent for our Workforce Housing apartments.
