Reasonable Accommodation FAQ
Ivy Heights Apartments in Austin, Texas
If you need to request a reasonable accommodation at our apartment community, the process is simple and designed to ensure that your needs are met efficiently.
First, you can make your request either verbally or in writing. If you prefer to speak to someone directly, you can notify our staff, and they will forward your request to the Property Manager. You may also fill out a Request for Reasonable Accommodation or Modification Form, which our team can provide.
Once your request is received, the Property Manager will review it. In some cases, we may need additional information to verify the request, such as a Third-Party Verification Form from a healthcare provider or another knowledgeable source. If your disability is evident (for example, if you use a wheelchair), this step may not be required.
After all necessary forms are submitted, your request will be reviewed by our executive team. You will be notified of the decision, and if approved, we will work with you to ensure the accommodation or modification is made as quickly as possible.
Our goal is to make sure you have the support you need to fully enjoy your home.
